JNR's steam locomotive C11 class

C11 325 Nov. 1998 Mooka railway Motegi station

From 1932 to 1947, the manufacturing industries, Kisha-Seizo, Kawasaki, Nihon-Sharyo and Hitachi, had produced the 381 cars of this class. These had been used to 1975. Then now 5 locomotives were preserved in working order. And the 50 cars are static exhibits everywhere.
