From 1932 to 1947, the manufacturing industries, Kisha-Seizo, Kawasaki, Hitachi, and Nippon-Sharyo, had produced the 293 cars of this class. The steam locomotives of the same class were used at Taiwan CK120 class too. These had been used to 1973. Then now Moka Railway and Ooigawa railway keeps one working order car of this class, and the 30 cars are kept everywhere.
