JNR's steam locomotive C57 class

C57 110 May 1972 Iseshi Station
From 1937 to 1946, the manufacturing industies, Kisha-Seizo, Kawasaki, Hitachi, and MItsubishi, had produced the 201 cars of this class. The steam locomotives of the same class were used at Taiwan CT270 class too. These had been used to 1975. Then now JR West Railway keeps one working order C57 1 and JR East Railway keeps one working order C57 180 of this class, and the 34 cars are kept everywhere.
