This class was a 0-6-0T tank locomotive built for the 762 mm-gauge Taitung Line. The first locomotive was manufactured in 1910 by Vulcan Iron Works of the United States, the year in which the Taitung Line was laid and partially opened. Additional locomotives were supplied in 1912 and 1913, bringing the total to five. According to the annual reports of the Railway Department of the Taiwan Government-General, one locomotive was transferred in 1915, leaving four in this class. The class was later renamed from Class 20 to Class LC11 and continued in service. After the war, four locomotives were taken over by the Taiwan Railway Administration and became Class LCK20. According to the Yearbook of Communications of the Republic of China, two were scrapped in 1957; however, since detailed class-by-class locomotive totals were no longer published after 1961, the withdrawal dates of the remaining two locomotives are unknown. No examples are preserved today.
